The Prodigal Son

We've all heard the tale.

The immature boy asked his father for his inheritance. His father granted the wishing and the immature adult male left for faraway lands where he indulged to a state of destitution. He left for faraway lands and indulged to a state of desperation.

And even this short introduction to the narrative aptly exemplifies one aspect of the typical human relationship between the human egotism and God.

The human egotism come ups to believe that it is sufficient for the direction of our lives so it rejects its source. We go forth for faraway lands, one mightiness say. We reject our beginning and indulge to a state of destitution. We reject our beginning and indulge to a state of desperation. We make up one's mind to make it our way.

And in this state of destitution - in this state of despair - the boy returned home. He returned to his father. And he asked forgiveness.

Now, the father granted no forgiveness. The father granted no forgiveness because the father had granted no condemnation. The father, to the human amazement and displeasure of others, simply threw the male child a political party and restored him to a life of ease.

It was as simple as that.

And so it is with us. In our states of destitution - in our states of despair - we go back to our source.

And in that tax tax tax return we happen only grace.

In that return we happen only the symbolical political party that is offered to all who return to take spirit-centered lives.
